Speed set

I see listed under the Atomic Z-car accessories the 27Mhz. Speed set, which is the 2nd Bit Char-g car. Will this run from my Z-car controller? Also, what kits include the universal body adapters?

The universal body adapter comes with the Atomic Z-car 2.6 Power and 3.0 Racing upgrade kits. I don't know if you can order them from this site.
