racing chip

i was just browsing around carmo for relay mods and i saw this "advance set, no relays". the little chip thing. i was wondering if anyone had details.. how many relays does it substitute for.. if anyone can do installation directions in english.

ive read about this somewhere i forgot, but i WANT IT
if youve ever seen the racing chip mods for real cars, its the same principal...just swap your stock chip for 10+HP for your real car....and is proabably the cheapest thing u can do for quick HP boost since good car parts cost $100+

with the racing chip for the racetins, you have to desolder your stock one from the car board, and pop the new one in, and solder it on..
i really want this, im wondering if i could possibly make a custom one, or take one from something else....
