ok, i figured out the motor mod, but my batteries werent strong enough to power new motor, so i added a 3rd cell, installed new cell under the rear wing on the outside of the body, which also adds rear stability, i stripped the coating off the cell, so its chrome now, car looks very cool, will post pics as soon as i can
