Radio Shack Clone battery!?

I downloaded the product manual and it said the battery of this car can only be charged 300 times. I know that's a lot but I want a car that will last a while. How many times can the Epoch be recharged?

Yes this is true, with ALL rechargeable batteries, they can only be recharged so many times. Usually it is more than a few hundrad times.....300 does seem awfully small.

I am sure the internal pack inside an Epoch can be charged ATLEAST the same amount as a Bit Char-G or a Digi Q.

I have not had a problem with my Epochs's BUT I have not kept track of how many times I have charged them. If worst comes to worst, a new pack from this site is only 20 bucks with an added cell!!

$20 with the added cell, i bought the 4 individual cells from the bit shop because tiny was out of the packs, oh well, ill just make my own, besides itll be 150 mah!!

why don't you guys sell regular 3 cell NIMH packs, for the spec 1 people, apexrc.com has them for around $8, and I think $20 for a 4 cell NIMH is a bit on the expensive side. not that I'm complaining, it's that the ratios for price per battery doesn't match up.
