Ok, I resoldered a wire on to my motor and i think the orange resistor or capisitor or what ever the orange thing is got tooo hot.
and now my car will not go fwd!? is there a way to fix this or do i have to get a new motor?
It says C01 on it does that mean it is a cap?
(I dont have a digital camera or a scanner or i would take a pic of it)
Thanks.

OK, OK,
I am VERY willing to help you k3mic. BUT first you MUST level with me here, what modifications have you done to your car that made the motor get so hot???
Now, I REALLY REALLY hope I am WRONG, BUT in most cases if your car does not go in one direction it is usually NOT the motor you burnt up, it's the speed controller.:( :(
Ofcouse this also has alot to do with what if any modifications you have done to your car.

Well, i do not have any mods done to it yet... The problem it had was a very poor soldering job. lol. so i had my father resolder it and now the car and the motor are as good as new!
I am planning on putting a fourth battery in it as soon as my local hoddy shop restocks its battery section.
Thanks
