"The HMT 10 is the smallest full function speed control known to us here at IRC. It is fully proportional forward & reverse! NOTE: You will need to add your own battery and motor plug connectors. (The HMT 10 is our ESC of choice for all the Micro cars available on this site). "
wow, this seems awsome. It seems like it would fry really easy.
What are the limits of it (voltage, motor)?
Have you tested/use one?
How much is it?
Scar, pick anything off the IRC site (under $50) and e mail your choice and address to me and I will ship it out tomorrow to you. :D

:(
sorry...
I don't mean to bash anyone, I just tell my thoughts about a persons stuff or tips with the good and/or bad. I think I hear a quote comeing..."If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." I applogise to anyone who's feelings I may have hurt. I will not post any more negitive comments to anyone about anything.
BTW: my site was just made a couple of days ago and I haven't had time to do anything big to it yet. Look at some of my other sites; Paintball Headquarters (http://www.paintballHQ.cjb.net) or Team Elite-X (http://www.teamelitex.cjb.net)
binaryterror, Thanks for the comments. I have ordered the HMT but the manufacture is working on a payment method that works for them. I will keep you posted.I will check on the truck. It is a very cool body and I think 10 of them racing on a track would just look cool.

Just went to see what the deal is with this and Damn thats one very cool body! I'm also really impressed with the Aktiv chassis, it's just that I want to get a mini x first before making a more expensive commitment ;) That body is a must have though!

kwikbb...
You will not be disappointed by the Mini-X. Not knowing what other R/C you have raced, but this Mini-X is a rocket, and mine is basically totally stock STILL!
I am sure the Aktiv is a great kit...but I really like the 4wd and how cheap the Mini-X is to buy and repair (yes you better buy extra motor gears!).

binaryterror thanks-
I can't wait to get one... i've got an epoch on the way, so it'll probably be a little while till I get it. I've got to mess around with the epoch for a while... the mini x is next on the list though.

I did it the opposite way....Bits, ZZ (gone now), then Mini-X then the epoch maybe for this Xmas!
I think the Tamiya Mini body model will fit the X! The wheel base looks the same.

Siress geocities does not allow directly linking to files. You have to set up a quick HTML page and link the pic. It's so dumb, but free space is free space...
