heh later today, im going to pick me up some battery holders...and see how much batteries i can stuff into my car without it blowing up in smoke. :D just for kicks...
lets see..if its safe to put 2 extra, another 2 wont hurt.....i need a 4battery holder, if there is a 6 batteryholder, ill try that...but itll be really heavy...also have to think about how the body will fit...and since i threw my messed up body away, i have to sorta guess...

ill tell u the results when i try it. :D
my guess is a maximum of 6 extra batteries...thats 13 batteries TOTAL!!

hmm... 1/16 can fit alot depending on what kind of battery holders you get. The body's removable right? Cause if it isn't too much trouble you could always try hooking up 8 aa cells which you can find holders for in radio shack right under the body between the car (although it will raise cg).

hmmm long delay on this small project...
well..i added a batterycase that holds 3 batteries, and it didnt fry the circuits.....much improved speed when its in turbo..but its really heavy...when i add 2 more batts...its going to be even heavier
using large A size batteries will not fit if i were to put the body on...
