I just got a Mini X RTR. When I turn to the right fully the left axle (dogbone) jams then falls out while moving. It seems like the axle is too short. Any ideas how to fix? Did I get a bum kit? Thanks for any input.

Thanks Catman25, that's a good idea to get the extra chassis. I'll probably need it if my parts keep falling off! The car is fast! I'm going to setup my track this weekend and run some tests.

I put a little spacer of some sort between the dogbone and the diff. A small piece of foam rubber crammed into the diff before putting in the dogbone works, and I think I used one of the unused plastic bushings for a while. Just make sure nothing binds up. The problem in my case was that the dogbone moved up into the diff too far, letting it pop out of the wheel end.

It happened to me several times at first, but not with a spacer in there.

Try to limit your steering travel. You can do this using most radios or installing a screw in the bottom of the steering arm that will hit the chassis. Adding a spacer in the diff will work also, you can try a piece of nitro fuel tubing.

My radio doesn't have the endpoint adjustment but 2 small plastic washer in the diff did the trick! (3 caused binding) No more falling axles! Thanks for all the tips. Now to see what this baby has!:D
