just recieved tank, charged, etc. but it does not move! any ideas on how to get it to work?

When you switch on the tank, does the LED next to the switch flash? Make sure you switch on the tank first and then the controller...after the controller does it's little start up blinking on it's LED panel, you should see the tank's LED blink once (the same LED that lights when you switch it on) to let you know the contoller and tank are on the same ID number.

Make sure you have the switches on the controller in the correct position. Check this link for some translated instructions:

I bought 2 tanks and one of mine was DOA as well. I sent it back and I'm still waiting for the replacement. Where did you get your's at?

my russian tank didn't work either...it's on its way back

Sasha, was your tank a Russian too? Not that it should matter but so far they seem to be the only tanks not working. I know the dead tank I had was the controller that was not working.

I got two and tested them out. No problem....its just the quility is not perfect.

you have to make sure you set the battle mode switch BEFORE you turn the controller on...

eg. put it it "practice mode" then tu on the controller... then it will go through its start up routine
