In some places the micro rc brand name Audley is getting very popular in japan, thailand and so on. There is a web page that offers hundreds of hop ups including rims, tires, turbos, freqency change kit, bodies, led light kits, and even a micro scale bigfoot. That's why i think there should be a board just for Audley.

Could you post a web address, so the rest of us can go and check it out too.

Thanks

not to really offend the audley company but i think they are just cheap oem knock offs of canned heat, bit char g, and mini z racers.

I've been researching these cars for a few weeks. They appear to have several things going for them: cheap, heavily modifiable, fast, fun. Much of the info is in broken english as these are huge in southeast asia. My only questions are if the controller for the 1/24 scale Audley's are proportional. I know the 1/32 are not. Either way the pistol grip controller looks more intuitive than buttons on the 1/32. My other question is is a heavily modified 1/24 scale even comes close to performing with $200 1/24 scale cars. If it's even close the $70 and lots of time at the workbench is worth it. The 1/24 also has more clear bodies available.

Sub-Forum Added! :) For now, all types of Audleys will be lumped into one section, but we can break into sections for each car if needed. :)

I'm looking @ ToyEast.com now. Which Audley are we talking about?

- AUDLEY - CAN
- AUDLEY - MINI (I assume its this one)
- AUDLEY - PALM

I can't tell which are 1/16 or 1/32 in scale.

I have a AE86 Trueno race tin and I put in a relay and 56Kmh moter and it moves. I need to put wide tires on the back to get the power to the ground. the stearing is not propotional and yes the stickers come off. At Toy East they are the Auldey can and Auldey mini. They are the same car its just the mini is the newer version with the pistal grip remote. The palm is a little bigger. Check out Tinracers (http://www.tinracers.com/home.html) This is were I got my stuff and this website has lots of info some cars reach speeds of 50+ Mph Carmoworld (http://www.rodkrapong.com/indexcmw.html) . This websit sells turbos that require a extra battery relays and a turbo switch on the remote. Mini rc (http://frenetic.com.au/shop/category93_1.htm) and 9 turbo (http://9turbo.com/shop/).

So the RaceWins are the same scale as the Kyosho Mini-Z?

Seems hard to pass up for the price.
