lipos must be charged at less than 1C (C= capacity of battery; in this case .13 amp). Charging at .8C is best for most of these size lipos. So charge at .13 x .8 = about .1 amp (100 -110 millamp) ...probably the lower limit of that type of charger. Make sure your charger goes that low befoere attmepting to charge.
If you want a charger specifically made for very small lipos, then I highly recommend http://www.microflight.com/Online-Catalog/Batteries-and-Chargers/Charger-BiCha_2 as it is specifically made for very small lipos and can charge 2 at once. I use it on all my microflight stuff.

thanks for all that information
i now no how to set the charger whithout blowing up the lipo :)
found it a little bit scary
Great thread subject.
I do .1A and have done .2A without problem. By non-scientific deduction, the stock AA charger seems top charge around .15A based on how long it takes to charge batteries compared to .1A and .2A charge cycles. FWIW, if you have a good LiPo charger, you can fast charge LiPos at double their rating without incident. I race all kinds of 1/10 scale classes too and have doubled the rated charge and never had an incident. I know of guys charging .3A without problems.
