I got a Dnano car from Japan without the starter pack as brought the stock battery pack separately. I will using normal RC lipo charger to charge the pack and I was wondering what settings do you use? I have the Checkpoint TC1030 charger, similar to a ICE.

Thanks.

For the stock 130 mAh pack 0.1 amps (100mA) would be best. However if the pack has only been discharged down to around 3.6 volts with a charger that works like the Ice a 0.2 amp setting should do no harm since the current automatically decreases as it approaches full charge. But 0.2 amps on a fully discharged 130 would not be good.

Another reason why I like the 200mAh cells, lol they win the charging races; 130mAh at 0.1 amps verses 200mAh at 0.2 amps

Hy everyone,

My question is about the non kyosho battery.
What kind of battery do you advise me, and where can i buy some (only on web because I live in Belgium) ?

Thx

Didn't even notice you posted here Peter. I use an ICE and I am doing .1A LiPo 1 cell 3.7V with the stock cutoff voltage. It takes a long time on a dead battery so I am (non-scientific) guessing that the stock charger charges at around .15A based on how long it takes. I have a feeling going to .2A would be fine if you didn't mind sacrificing some battery life and runtime a bit.

I would love to see some people post some online spots to get other batteries that work/fit.
