Took the micro to my buddies who has a pro pulse and some skateboard ramps, and noticed my steering is not wanting to re center after left turns. It seems like the steering wheel on my radio is sticking. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Any fixes? Thanks in advance.

It could be a couple things. First, if you've tried to, or replaced the steering arms, you may have over tightened the screws on the arms. That would cause the steering to go all whacky. Second, I've done it myself, if you are an "active" hobbyist and move alot while driving, you may be bumping the steering trim. Third, it very well may be the controller. try removing the crystal and putting it into another 27mghz controller.

Thanks for the advice. Checked steering arms and they are loose enough. I think my problem is the controller. You can see the wheel sticking after you let it go after a left turn. I noticed that if I put a little pressure on the wheel, it sticks real bad(both directions). If I gently pull it away from the controller, it works fine. However, after a couple minutes of use, it will start sticking again on the left turns. I will probably remove the allen bolts today and see if it is gunked up or something.

ok... well... it seems to me that the little foam "wheel" that you're using to steer has slipped in. Sometimes (more like ALL THE TIME) the glue that holds it on the "rim" comes free, and it pushes up against the housing of the controller. Try turning the wheel while the car and controller is off past its stop point, gently mind you, don't break it. but if the wheel keeps turning, that sounds like your problem, either re-glue it using REAL glue, not the crap they use, or simply take it off.

Yea, sometimes I have to pull that darn foam back from the tx case so it won't rub...

Thanks guys...It was the foam. Just pulled it off and stuck it back on(but not as far) and it works fine now.:)
