Usagi:I need three of these new off-road mini-z's. One of each..

Who will be the first to get them? Will you sell them? I could pay up front (before) so that when they come out, they could be sent out..

Thanks

Are they 4WD or 2WD?

usagi
11-05-2002, 06:43 PM
They our saying the are 4wd, but thats becasue their are 4 shocks and two pivot triangle plates on the bottom of the mini-z.

I nearly peed my pants at those pictures!

The Overland is not 4WD. It does have 4W independant suspension and some wicked articulation though. From the pictures I've seen it looks like it has a locked rear differential.

usagi
11-14-2002, 09:22 AM
yes I know, its uses two povit point braces under tthe chassy to give it a flexable ride. Its impossible to make it a 4wd With some sort of shaft or gear system.

I see a few mail order outlets are taking pre-orders! Who can get me 3?

Mike

usagi

GiantScale

Can you sell me three of them Usagi? All different on different channels.. Can I give you my Visa # ?

I also need batteries for all three & a charger or two. Whats the fastest way to charge the car 4 cells? And should I go with nicads for repeated daily charges & abuse or NIMH AA's? I have two good variable rate chargers, but might need a third. But they are designed for Battery packs, not single cells. Can I make or use a 4 cell AA holder to charge all 4?

Please email me..:D

Since the overland isnt 4 w/d , Iv been thinking about other options which I can get under the X-mass tree:D

Having a hardwood floor makes it hard for the overland , or any 2 w/d cars to perform, especially since it has rubber (not foam) wheels. But I also have thick carpet area's..

Wonder if the mini-x could use bigger wheels to make it off-road?

decisions decisions..

I bet you could! Some company will release them:)
The time of their release is coming on fast:)

Iv been trying to get my hands on one of these kyosho overlands since I saw them & now have a chance to get one before X-mass.
I know a fellow with connections (has website etc) who can make a order RIGHT NOW.

If you have paypal & $130 bucks you should jump in on this deal if you want one of these cool micro off-roads.

I expect others to pre-order soon. This is the first letter I have sent. So dont miss-out.

Im not making any money on this.. I just want to be one of the 10 who has one by X-mass.
