All right, this is a newbie question, I'm sure. :) I've been looking over the Epoch, and have found out there just doesn't seem to be a lot of information about it on the net... perhaps I'm searching under the wrong things, but I've not been able to had this question answered: How many epochs can you have racing at once, and what dictates the frequency each car is on? I've seen the 'frequency crystals' they have, but I've never seen 'extras' sold, for different frequencies. Does it come with 4 different types, or something? Is there a switch to go from channel to channel?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Epochs use standard AM radio crystals for R/C cars. You can buy from your local hobby shop. They should have a diferent frecuency, I don't know how many cars you can run at the same time but more than 4 I'm sure.

Just make sure that the car crystal have the same frecuency of your TX crysta.

They are 27mhz AM crystals!!! It is very important that you make sure they are 27mhz and NOT 75mhz.

There are only 6 available frequencies on the 27Mhz band, so you can have up to 6 different Epochs running at a time.

alpha1,

That is not totally true. There are only 6 legal channels for 27 mhz in the US. In Japan, meaning crystalls that come with your Epoch, go from 1 to 12. So, you really can run 12 cars at once!! :D
