I just got a skyline, along with the awd and metal bearings. i already put in the awd but am wondering if the bearings are as hard as the packet says they are.

It only depends on how confident you are in taking the car apart and putting her back together. The removal of the bushings and installation are simple, have a very tiny flat head screwdriver ready for removal of the bushings. To keep it even more simple just follow the directions step by step.

It is only slightly more difficult that the AWD upgrade. In fact, the time to do it is during the AWD upgrade as 99% of the disassembly is done during that upgrade - it's real simple at that point to install the bearings.

Its fairly simple. You just should have put in the bearings before AWD IMO since you have to take everything apart anyway.
