mine was like that too but i broke my mirror off and scratched the body .

i wish they would sell the whole body ... that would be nice or diff boddies like the zipzaps but since there is 2 diffrent wheel bases, i guess they cant

yeah it soes flip and it is really hard to drift unless you have it tuned to do it but you have to do it just right i dont know how to do it though cause mine is set for top speed

i posted the topic then went somewhere


but ya
i was running it outside, but i expected that to happen.


if your gona run it outside there will be damage.




I flip it all the time cause on the road you cant drift and if your going fast then turn, its like "oh noes i fliped it again"
so ya.

my plan:

get another body and paint it have that for the car for pics or shows then have this body to accualy play with, run outside with.


also a whole lot of **** is all up in the gears and shock, like twigs, leafs and grass. and a whole lot of dirt.

well if you take off the front bumper:p for outside you won't get damage:D

oh ya forgot to mention
the road takes a toll on the tires.

im seeing wear and tear on the tires.


time for new tires and a body kit.

yeah when you get the tire kit it comes with soft and hard tread with slick and tresd tires for both

my bumper broke too so i busted out the dremel and cut all the black off now i have ground clearence on a skyline if you get a body kit you'll most likely break it again thats why i didnt get one

what ill do is keep this bumper for "out side" then get a body kit for shows or pics.

My front lip is busted too. Thank god that I bought the body kit. I use the stock bumper for outside use.

Just get a metal file or a small saw.I had the same problem so I cut the lip of.It also makes it a little better because you can go off ramps better,make carpet riding alot faster, and you dont have to bother getting it scratched when riding outdoors.

I just got done re-painting it, took it outside to play with, and I ended up flipping it like 10 times.


but I didnt buy the thing to sit on my shelf so I guess its all good :D

I painted my stock xmod supra black for show. then i bought the mini z clear supra body and modified it to fit for running out side.
