I think stage 2 is better-contrary to popular belief, the motors have plenty of tourqe, espcially with low gears.
Either way, the AWD and bearings are great.

i think that you may want to consider the NiHM batteries and charger for $25. very well worth it.

The bearings are great. The only downside is you have to pretty much disassemble the entire car to get them in.
does it come with instructions on how to install the bearings cuz if i buy i'll be too stupid to know how to do it. i assume every upgrade has instructions on how to install them but i just wanna make sure.

Each upgrade has a good large instruction sheer with written descriptions, pictures and a list of the screws that will be used. A very class act.
Makes it easy, and appears that the shack put a little thought into the whole product line.

Phew that is a relief for me. I have a question would you consider it "hard" to assemble an XMOD.

if you mean out of the box the no, all you have to do is screw on the wheels antenna and the body kit(stock). if you mean is it hard to reassemble aftertaking it apart then id say not really. each time you take the car apart it gets easier to put it back together. just make sure that you dissasemle it on a flat surface so that you dont lose n e screws.

A good, large, flat surface goes a long way to making these a lot easier to work on.

I took my RSX completely apart and spread the parts out in the case lid,(RSX exploded post) it kept the screws and parts right there where I could find them.(worked very well)
