are the xmods fully propo, and if so does the awd effect the handling....and finally how fast are these things stock and modified?

No they are not fully proportional they have steps, AWD does effect handling, I have heard and also slows down the car a little bit, and dont know the top speed of one for sure but I think about 20. Sorry if its wrong I dont have one but my friend has one I get all my info from him. Glad to help
