umm...do i put tires on the drift axles???
they have no grip at all no matter wat surface i run on....
every time i turn it spins out....

Nope, that is how they are supposed to be; try it on a canvas-like surface.

Have you tried hard tires up front? If that doesn't work, then yes, plastic might give you better results.

i just use my drift axle for the carpet u get good grip and go about the same speed as tile:)

Its too bad these suckers won't come any close to a perfect drift.
Man, i was really looking forward to trying to drift the cars. Maybe I'll figure out a way, or one of you guys.
the reason u cant, is because the damn front tires...they wobble left and right too much, and when u try to turn realy fast, they just stay planted in one direction, or in a random direction really..
and donuts ahoy!
i spent a couple hours with that damn axle, i tried tire combinations, weight distribution, etc...the only thing i havent tried is increasing the front camber, and that will take some drilling/sanding....and i didnt wanna do that until i find another chassis cover to mess with

its good for 1.0 motor. anything faster its not possible to turn:(

with the right setup. its possible to drift. its easier if you have a boost machine;)

also, try not using the drift axle at all...use the medium and hard bit racer tires on hardwood floors..i get some good drifing with that...im gonna go drive now...
