Since nobody has posted here in a while. I guess I'll put up some pics of my Integra. Sorry about the pic quality. It's kinda fuzzy.

Come on people. Let's see some more Epoch pics here :)

So I haven't been to the forums lately. I've been busy playing with my Mini-Z overland, moving to a new house, and having a baby. (she spent 11 days in ICU, but is home and well now)

Anyway, howdy...ehh hhem... sup.

I have posted these pix in my soft tire review, but I want to call some attention to my rims here. I have a pic of each size soft tire, but I pretty much only use the wide/tall ones now-a-days.

Enjoy!!!

Congratulations Chelboed!

ICU doesn't sound good but atleast your baby is home!

I got $50 today! & hope to get $25 next week for helping to paint

I STILL can't get my Epoch til after my b-day. Can't use my dads credit card til he lets me (he has lots o bills to pay 1st)

I wish there was a hobby shop within 30 miles :(

I like the looks of those Skyline / Levin rims on the Integra. That looks pretty sweet nouseforaname. Hmmm....may have to order myself a set of those.

Congrats on the baby chelboed! And on the new house?...you purchased? If so get ready for the real fun...maintenance...yardword...etc. I bought mine just under 2 years ago and geez I didn't realize how much work they are. Apartment living skewed my perception of "upkeep". I wouldn't give it up though. I love it!

I'm thinking of getting the WRX for my next Epoch purchase. Do you use the wide/tall tires on the front and rear together?

There are tons of hobby stores within a 30 mile radius of San Jose, California.

Your'e lying

I live technically in Alviso which is technically part of San Jose even though Alviso has its own post office

So on another technicality 30 miles from Alviso

I know theres one about 3-5 miles from my school which is about 7-10 miles away so thats one

Slotcars Unlimeted is 20 miles away so thats 2

There used to be one in Mountain View but I'm not sure if it got closed down or not

Tokyo Tekki all the way in Milbrae is 31

So theres only about 2 or 3...4 at maximum

ZERO WITHIN 10 miles
ONE WITHIN 15-20 miles
TWO WITHIN 20-15 miles

& throw in another I probably don't know about so thats maybe 4

But its hard/impossible to get to most of them within a few hours with no car

Thanks all.

Umm, yes I run the taller wider shoes on my rod. I usually like to run on lanolium, hard wood, or smoother concrete. I find that these tires are perfect for good acceleration mixed with the ability to powerslide at will. On carpet, I run the stock tires, or the smaller squishy tires all the way around. Super acceleration/torque. I ditched my 5th cell cause I got tired of the glitching and twitching from the servo, so I don't need quite as much traction as I used to.

-side note- I actually bought a house when I was 18 (9 yrs ago) and sold it in dec. '00. I have lived in an apt. ever since, and really miss the tinkering/projects here and there. I feel your pain though. Not all upkeep is fun, but when you buy I guess it's pretty rewarding, so it's easier to take the medicine.
