Hey man, i have talked to you before.
I have finally decided to get into the DTM SP. I hope your around to help me out! I have just a few questions for you, i am going to be building this car for a sort of independant study at my school.

My goal that i laid out for myself was to produce a DTM SP that can travel at 45+ MPH. I have a few questions for you, because i have never pushed somthing like this so much before.

1. What kind of speed controler is needed? Can an Orion Flash handle this?

2. What kind of motor is needed?

3. What batteries do you reccomend? (im guessing nicads)

4. How many batteries am i going to want to run?

Well im not microrcengineering,a.ka. nomotorlimit,a.k.a, initialdeeznutz,a.ka. 24/7, a.k.a NML, but i email him the same Q? so this is what he answered...

"C Can Open w/ Quads. I'm using a Tekin G12CIII on mine, with a Tekin FM Mini Receiver. When I do my speed runs, I have to do it on the street, as you all know. I need a whole block to get the full, full,full rpm of the motor (80,000+++ rpm)."

I did a search on what slot motor he might have use(I think he uses custom winding, he a masters in it)
