i bought a shady booster set of of ebay for 10 bucks.. with 4 ch

controller... its works AWESOMELY! (i donno if thats a word) but

the one drawback is that it makes makes very light right turns

and NO lefts... the booster set is used... but all the old parts i

removed and put in my current reg bit (my bit is newer so i put

parts in old booster) then i put my mods on it... but still wont

turn. the old bit with the old booster stuff still wont work cuz one

wire is broken (thats why i bought booster..) but when i touch

the wheel it springs back (normal) when i touch the wheels for

the booster it stays... (BAD). wtf? i think its the lil coils inside the

turning part of the bit... help? what can i do? should i just buy

another booster..? DAMN YOU EBAY!

Sounds like you either have a wire that came loose or you might have a finger print on the circuit board. Yes thats what I said finger print! My booster had a similar problem when I upgraded tha battery to a nickel metal hydride battery. I touched the circuit board with my greasy fingers and it caused the car to only steer to the left. As a matter of fact the wheels stayed locked into that position when the battery was charged. A simple solution fixed the problem. I cleaned the circuit board with some rc car motor cleaner designed for rc car motors. Do not use regular electronic cleaner as that might ruin the plastic. RC car motor cleaner is safe for plastic. Trinity makes some good stuff, which can be obtained at any local hobby shop.

I hope this helps:eek:
