Problems with parts delivery

I ordered some parts from the Mikroantriebe web site a couple of weeks ago and still haven't received anything. Has anyone else had any problems with deliveries from here?
I received a confirmation of my order by e-mail but every time I check on progress via their link nothing has changed. I even e-mailed them (in German) but they don't respond.
This is seriously slowing progress on my truck, any ideas would be much appreciated.

I haven't had any problems with them, but then again, I haven't ordered anything from them.:)

Sometimes when I win auctions on ebay it takes a month for shipping, however the sellers on ebay aren't a company.

Keep trying to contact them via email.......give it another few weeks before you start to lose your cool.:cool: After that.....lose away.:D

ive ordered a couple of things from there and no problem(i also live in uk),i order all my stuff from peter at tttt tho now,real friendly.
i think its georg you need to speak to.
what bits u waiting for?

I ordered a selection of gears, a receiver and the relevant plugs. Is Georg someone at Mikroantriebe or TTTT parts?

georg is at mikro..he makes the speedos i believe

peter is at tttt and you can get all mikro parts there.
