Since I found the stock suspension plate of the Mid too soft, I 've fabricated a couple of CF versions for myself and my friends. I realize not everybody has CF plates or the tools on hand to make CF plates themselves. Because I was too lazy to make one the other day, I discovered a way to make a better suspension plate for the Mid without cutting, grinding, drilling, etc. -- epoxy two stock suspension plates together! The result is a durable and "just right" plate.

Yup. did that as soon as I got my Kawada Mid Running. You can also use ZAP ca glue.
Here's the tip: If you have a broken Graphite H-plate from a mini Z, glue it on the bottom of the plate, lengthwise. Let dry and you got yourself a stiffer plate.
