it was hard making decals and text look in perspective...;/..so i didnt really make any...

Alright Photoshop boy, here's a few thoughts for ya...

- Deform the body, NOT the wheels
- Add the noise to the body, not the background or wheels

Other than that, lookin good!

hmm...there isnt much too it though..and if u look at the orignal, it looks funny cuz u get used to seeing a Bit :D

all i do is:
make the body smaller
mask on larger tires
add an antenna
get rid of whats on the inside, like seats, mirrors, steering wheel etc
and then i add some image touches to where it looks not so much like a real car..

i think ima work on the Z a little more, make it into race car :D

umm..if u use IE or any other browser its fine...

Those cars have 1.00 or less on the skid pad...where as the mp3 is about near 1.2 (yes lower is better)

the mp3 has a .84g skidpad
not 1.2 like you stated, id be happy as **** with a 1.2, thats a crazy amount of grip.

as for the mp3 info, its a fwd 2.0 4cyl. got 140hp and 142lb-ft at 4500rpm. yea underpowered from the factory, but boost helps that :D

i dont know about the aluminum wing, i like the smally understated (kinda) wing it has now. but thats just me.

the japanese name for the protege is Familia

so mp3 = familia sedan
protege5 = familia sport 20

those cars also come with the higher compression FS-ZE engine that makes 170 aposed to the 140 of the mp3, and the 130 of the protege 5.

the picture above is actually a japanese familia since AutoExe is a japanese mazda tuning firm, wow you should see some of their FD's ::Drool::

huh, i have nothing against wrx's, i would of gotten one if i could of afforded it when i was car shopping a year ago, but the hellasious markups steered me away from them. then like 6 months ago the subaru dealers around here got in like 30 wrx's and now they're common place (as common as a subaru can get i guess, never going to match civic commonness). still only 3 mp3's around here though, and i like knowing that unless somebody with one moves in, that there will only be a few.

i only have problems with people calling my car a wrx. but whatever, i always park beside my friends wrb wrx at the spot where we chill just so people dont ask me, "whoa dude is that a wrx?" :p

DSI those are pretty kool images...but they look more like ChoroQ or DigiQ cars because the wheelbase is smaller
bits are like a centimeter longer..
and to get the wheels umm more round instead of ellipse, just go to Edit>Transform>Scale and then just widen em horizontally....

also i work with alot of layers, because i dont like having too many things on one layer....like i use one layer for one tire, another for this, another for that....although its a RAM eater...thats just how i work
also when possible, i try to work with high quality pictures...not necessarily larger dpi, but just an overall cleanliness....as i said before im picky about details

here is the civic...i dont really like the angle of that pic and others that are similar...just makes it harder to work with, because pictures of cars are usually taken from a lower angle, and are easier to work with....
with this angle, i have to do ALOT of rotating...;/.

D.S.I~ how do you make the cars soo squished and not get the pic blurry?

Alex I use 1024x768 pics 800x 600 works too but the image ends very tiny:D

heh i hate doing the antenna...u could always steal it from another picture...sometimes i dont even use one...
but u have to remember that depending on the lighting, the antenna will create a reflection/shadow on the car and ground.....
well...err mine does because its like 9inches long.. haha
the way that u had im guessing erased part of it on the hood created a good reflection...that looks good to me...

I put the reflection of the antenna on by copying part of the it, flipping it, rotating it, making it transparent and applied it trying to follow the contours.

I'm guessing I used 15-17 layers. Thanks again for the tips! :D

aww maan guys dont keep mocking me with my "15layers" thing ;/...thats just HOW I WORK...everyone uses photoshop differetly...almost everyone have their own custom brushes/colors/styles/window postions/presets /etc [well i do]
everyone is on a different level...no need to copy me

well anyways...the lambo looked good :D..i would have tinted the windows in solid black though if i were lazy....
if u do so, fill in the area with solid black, id go Rightlclick>BlendingOPtions>and choose Gradient on the left hand box..
make it into a black and white gradient and then change the angle of light to the desired position with some adjustments to scale/opacity

neh the front was imported, currently the only one in america, the sides are ww and the rear is a blackwidow shaved in and the rear was cut and fiberglassed back makin the bumper shorter

K20A swap and some T4 turbo and...... wow you gonna need 4 tips.

MTL i personaly know because my friends have a mini-cooper and a cooper s. the Cooper has about 110 while hte cooper s has 160 at the wheels ;)

Hopefully your friends know just a wee bit more about their cars.

The Mini Cooper has 115hp and 110 torque. With a 5 speed manual or a CVT.

The Mini Cooper S has 163hp and 155 torque (supercharged) available only as a stick with a 6 speed Getrag tranny.

The 0-60 on the S is 6.9 seconds, but seems much quicker when driving. Also the handling is 69.5mph in the slalom which actually beat every car ever tested by Road and Track, even the porcshes.

still having lots of trouble to manage mini heres what has come so far

the interior sucks & dunno how to fix it:confused: im goin to leave as it is for a week
i got a real comp going on

DSI, i would say some of the 2nd looks right...the reason why it looks weerd, is because u just cut the rims out...
now for bit bodies, when u lower the car..the rims go underneath the fender...thats why in the earlier pictures, my cars are low...and the reason why the evo looks funny, is because there isnt much between the fender and rim...so just copy that layer, and delete the rim..and lower the fender to go over the rim/tire...and it will look right...
also the EVo bit has a HUUUGE front bumper..just stretch the front bumper down...and itll look better..
